Treatment costs include photographs, digital scans, a full treatment plan & report, placement and removal of braces, all treatment and repair appointments, fitting and review of removable retainers for a specified period and a course of tooth whitening for adult patients. It also includes all small intra-oral x-rays taken as part of orthodontic treatment. It does not include large DPT x-ray fees, the replacement or repair of appliances incurring a laboratory fee or fixed bonded retainers. The treatment fees above are sometimes adjusted to reflect increased complexity of care.
