General dentistry is most of what we do, and it is where the name Ethicare comes from. A thorough examination, a clean when you need one, and small repairs done well and early are what keep teeth for life. We take a gentle, preventive approach: we explain what we see on screen, we tell you the most conservative option first, and we put the price in writing before anything starts.
Dr Glafcos Tombolis, our principal dentist, has practised since 1998 and founded the practice in 2008. He carries out examinations, fillings, crowns and emergency care, and takes children's dentistry seriously as a father of three. Sylwia Osman-Soltysiak, our hygienist, has been GDC-registered since 2011 and is known for her gentle way with anxious patients. Gum problems that need more are treated with our periodontal consultant, and wisdom teeth beyond a general dentist's scope go to Dr Yvonne Szyszko, our specialist in oral surgery.
Routine care is covered by our Denplan plans from £24.82 a month, which include your examinations, hygiene visits and X-rays, plus 10% off private treatment. New patients start with a £76 appointment, usually £95, including 4 small X-rays.

How much is a check-up at Ethicare Dental?
A new patient appointment is £76, usually £95, and includes a full examination and 4 small X-rays. A routine examination after that is £85. Both are included in our Denplan plans.
Do you see nervous patients?
Yes, and many of our patients came to us nervous. We take the time to listen, we explain everything before we do it, and you can bring music or watch TV during treatment. For surgery, IV sedation is available with Dr Yvonne Szyszko.
Can I register as an NHS patient?
Ethicare Dental is a private practice. Routine care can be spread across the year with a Denplan plan from £24.82 a month, and 0% finance is available on treatment with Dr Glafcos, subject to status.
How quickly can I be seen in an emergency?
Usually the same day or within 24 hours, six days a week, whether or not you are registered with us. Call 020 8870 5059. Out of hours, the answerphone gives you the emergency number.
