It is our practice policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental work before any treatment is undertaken. A list and explanation of Private Practice charges and how we calculate our private fees appear in our fees guide.
A written estimate and treatment plan will be provided for all dental treatments OR describe when these will be provided. We ask that you sign the treatment plan. This does not commit you to treatment only that it has been explained to you and you understand the plan.
You may pay for your dental care by cash, or credit/debit card. Private patients may also join one of the private dental care scheme Denplan. Please ask our Manager Dominika for further information.
We try to make payment as straightforward as possible. Our normal policy is that patients are asked to pay a proportion each visit OR Patients are asked to pay a deposit prior to the commencement of treatment and the balance on completion OR Patients are asked to pay on the day of completion of treatment.
It is our practice policy when an appointment is canceled or failed with less than 48 hours notice there will be a fee of £1 per minute of the duration of the appointment with the General dentist, with the hygienist will be the full cost of the appointment. On the day of the booking a deposit will be required for specialist appointments. In case of late cancelation or failure to attend this deposit will not be refunded. At least 1 weeks’ notice is required to cancel specialist appointments in which case the deposit will be refunded or the appointment rescheduled.
